Anger
is a powerful, but perfectly normal emotion that we all feel
from time to time. Anger is the most poorly handled emotion in
our society today … but it does not have to be. The objective
of this workshop is to understand anger and how it affects our
relationships. Various aspects of anger are examined: the anger
cycle; the arousal cycle; and anger’s effects on our physical
and mental being. The workshop explores how to cope with anger
both with others and within ourselves, and how to defuse and
manage anger in the work place and at home.
Interactive
activities help the participant experience how anger can
energize and empower us to move on and solve tension, conflict
and negative feelings.
Handouts
provided.
This particular workshop, when combined with either, “Building
Rapport with Effective Communication” or “Conflict
